The body has four pairs of load-bearing joints—the shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles. When a body is in alignment, it is balanced horizontally, which means that one’s shoulders, hips, and knees are precisely parallel. While everyone is born with near perfect alignment, we all get out of whack over time, and it’s not the result of anything specific we did. In fact, it’s likely something we didn’t do: be active. A sedentary lifestyle causes joints to slowly move out of proper positioning, which can lead to pain affecting the back, neck, head, and other areas.

BodyGarage defines strength as the ability for ankles, knees, hips, and shoulders to talk to each other in a balanced way, regardless of the position.

If you want to get your body back into alignment, we can help. The six following categories recruit the mind and muscles to move joints back to their intended position for optimal function. Depending on your environment, mindset, posture, and/or present health, it can take days, weeks, months, or, in rare cases, years to realign the body. However, little by little, if done regularly, these key disciplines can help shift your body back into its rightful place where it will have full range of motion, strength, and energy.

An Emotional Release

When trauma occurs, our bodies activate a protective mechanism. This overload halts the body, causing the traumatic energy to be stored in the surrounding muscles, organs, and connective tissue. Whenever we store trauma in our tissue, our brain disconnects from that part of the body to block the experience, preventing the recall of the traumatic memory. Any area of our body that our brain is disconnected from won’t be able to stay strong, healthy, or heal itself.

Nutritional IV

Intravenous Therapy is a method of feeding vitamins, minerals, and amino acids directly into the bloodstream to aide and even correct intracellular nutrient deficiencies. Oral intake of such high doses is simply not possible due to absorption limitations of the digestive process. Patients can get up to 10x the nutrients in one treatment as they could get orally in one day. A Nutritional IV is perfect for combatting the common cold or the changing seasons.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping is an ancient Chinese therapy based on the belief that certain health problems can be caused by stagnant blood and a poor energy flow through the body. When people are suffering from physical pain, it means inflammation has increased locally in that area. Cupping improves blood circulation in the affected area by attracting immune cells to that location in order to increase the repair and recovery process so the swelling can decrease.

SP Supplements

At BodyGarage, we are privileged to be partnered with Standard Process. Since 1929, Standard Process has been dedicated to the field of nutritional supplements with a whole food philosophy. The goal of whole food supplementation is to provide nutrients for the body that are as close as possible to how they are found in nature — organic with no GMO’s. Standard Process has been committed to delivering quality and excellence in each of their products for nearly a century.

PEMF Therapy uses pulsed electromagnetic fields to bathe low energy cells in pure, raw energy. Each cell in your body is actually a capacitor, or battery, which holds a charge. Your entire body is electrical and your cells each need a measurable electrical charge to function optimally. In order to maintain wellness, cells must be doing their jobs. PEMF Therapy supports the body’s natural abilities to optimize balanced body functions–the definition of wellness.

Chakra Blast

Our body contains 7 major “energy intersections” where energy interacts, intercepts, and is most likely to get stuck or locked up. These intersections are called chakras. Blocked energy in our chakras often lead to illness and/or fatigue, so it's important to understand what each one represents. Our Motion Mechanics have been trained to use the best essential oils in the world to help release each of the body’s seven “energy intersections.”
